As a quality coach, physicist and supplier enabler, I have now been working internationally for over 20 years. I have been able to speak with hundreds of managers and engineers in over 40 countries - and not just about technical issues. So, I can testify that God wants to bless his people in the professional environment in particular, because it gives them respect and a leap of faith among those who have not yet had a personal encounter with their Creator. I was repeatedly asked about my source of inspiration, which gave me the opportunity to testify to a practical faith in Jesus Christ. I was able to experience how engineers cleaned up their lives before God, how top managers found Christ and how I was able to pray with founders of global companies - people who might never have gone to church. Christ himself spent the longest time of his life in his profession. Intuitively, this was clear to me when I finished my physics degree. But when all I wanted to do was help set up a free church, I found myself for the next 12 years in what today would be called a senior pastor's role. I certainly didn't learn many of the soft skills that I need in my job today at university, but in dealing with these dear people who found faith and grew stronger in the process. However, I was never entirely convinced by the church system that I myself helped to support. I guess that's why I kept searching and ended up doing a doctorate in practical theology. I was able to discover that Jesus himself did not found a religion at all, but rather a movement of followers for everyday life and in the midst of this society. Today, I focus on a faith and ministry that must make sense from an eternal perspective (Quality for Eternity). To this end, I support individuals, decision-makers and communities as my time allows. I am happily married and have a family with several children.
